电源外特性对超窄间隙焊接电弧稳定性的影响

摘要: 超窄间隙焊接依据坡口宽度设置匹配的工艺参数,可获得良好的焊接接头质量,但有时也会出现电弧不稳定的现象。此现象主要是由焊接过程中坡口宽度受坡口侧壁平整度等随机因素的影响所致。分别在固定坡口宽度与变坡口宽度条件下,研究电源外特性对电弧稳定性的影响,对焊接结果进行了分析。结果表明,坡口宽度发生微小变化时,匹配的电源下降特性可增强电弧的稳定性。Abstract: In ultra-narrow gap welding, high quality welded joint could be obtained by setting matching process parameters according to its groove width, but the arc instability occasionally occurred. This phenomenon was mainly due to the influence of random interference factors on groove width, such as the flatness of groove sidewall. Under conditions of fixed and variable groove width, the influence of external characteristics of power source on the arc stability was studied and the welding results were analyzed. The results showed that the matching descent characteristics could enhance the arc stability when the groove was slightly deformed.
