双相钢焊接接头微观组织表征及性能分析

Analysis of microstructure and properties in duplex stainless steel welded joint

  • 摘要: 针对S22053双相钢的氩弧焊多层多道焊接接头,通过力学性能试验对接头的强度、硬度及冲击性能进行了测试,并对接头各区域的组织进行了分析,依据ASTM A923 《检测锻制双重奥氏体-铁素体不锈钢中有害金属间相的标准试验方法》对接头的耐点蚀性能进行了测试,测试结果表明:S22053多层多道焊接接头具有良好的综合力学性能及耐腐蚀性能;焊缝区及热影响区组织为奥氏体和铁素体,其中铁素体含量分别为48.9%及62.43%,焊缝区及热影响区的奥氏体包含晶粒边界奥氏体、魏氏奥氏体以及晶粒内奥氏体组织,且元素分布存在一定差异;在奥氏体相中易于富集Ni,N元素,Cr,Mo元素富集于铁素体相。

     

    Abstract: The strength,hardness and absorbed energy of the S22053 multi-pass welded joint were tested by GTAW. OM,SEM,EDS were employed to research the microstructure distribution in different zones in welded joint. Pitting corrosion resistance property was measured by A method and C method of ASTM A923-03. The results shows that the excellent integrated mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance property are obtained in the multi-pass welded joint of S22053. Microstructures in fusion zone and HAZ are Austenitic and Ferrite,the amounts of Ferrite in welds and HAZ are 48. 9% and 62. 43% respectively. The austenite in the fusion zone and the HAZ mainly consists of grain boundary austenite,Widma-nstatten austenite and intragranular austenite. Composition differences are found obvious in the different types of austenite. Ni and N elements tend to be enriched in austenite,whereas Cr and Mo element tend to be enriched in Ferrite.
