辐条式高温合金涡轮后机匣焊接工艺研究

Welding process of the spoke-style superalloy turbine rear frame

  • 摘要: 涡轮后机匣是某型燃机的重要承力构件,属于辐条式结构,由多个零件通过氩弧焊和电子束焊接而成,材料为GH4169和K4169。涡轮后机匣的结构复杂,焊缝数量多,焊接变形机理极为复杂,控制焊接变形难度极大。着重介绍了在排除某型燃机涡轮后机匣裂纹故障过程中,基于热量不协调开展机理分析以及焊接结构与焊接冶金学原理的分析,制订了焊接工艺,并详细阐述了减小焊接变形采取的各种措施。按照优化后的焊接生产工艺,涡轮后机匣的试验件完全满足设计要求,并经过评审鉴定后通过了装机耐久性试验。

     

    Abstract: The spoke-style turbine rear frame (TRF) made of the materials of GH4169 and K4169 is an important load-bearing component in gas turbine,and composed of multiple sub-components welded by gas tungsten arc welding and electron beam welding. Due to the complex structure and the plentiful welds in the TRF,it is hard to obtain the mechanism of the welding deformation and its control method. In order to prevent the crack in manufacturing the TRF,the welding processes were defined and the welding deformation was also controlled based on the analyses of thermal nonuniform and the theory of welding structure and welding metallurgy. By using the optimized welding process,the test TRF fully meets design requirements,and passes the durability test after qualification review.
