压力容器用Monel-400/16MnⅢ复合板制造过程中的焊接试验研究

Welding test research on manufacturing process of Monel-400/16MnⅢ clad plate for pressure vessels

  • 摘要: 镍铜合金Monel-400因其优良的耐蚀性能在石化行业得到广泛应用。在压力容器用的Monel-400/16MnⅢ爆炸复合板制造过程中,需要进行复层拼焊和未复合区补焊。根据材料的焊接性特点,对Monel-400板材拼焊和Monel-400/16MnⅢ复合板未复合区补焊进行焊接试验研究,结果表明,拼焊和补焊接头的各项性能均满足相关指标要求,符合工程实际需要。

     

    Abstract: Nickel-copper alloy Monel-400 is widely used in the petrochemical industry due to its excellent corrosion resistance. In the manufacturing process of Monel-400/16 MnⅢ explosive clad plate for pressure vessels,it is necessary to perform splice welding of cladding metal and repair welding of non-composite zone. According to the weldability of the material,welding test research is carried out the on the splice welding of Monel-400 plate and repair welding of Monel-400/16 MnⅢ clad plate. The results show that the various properties of welding joint can satisfy the relevant indicators and meet the requirements of practical engineering application.
