Evolution of microstructure and high temperature performance of BAg40CuZn( nickel/cadmium) brazed joint

摘要: 通过研究Cd/Ni元素在BAg40CuZnX钎焊显微组织与性能的作用,分析了其对钎焊接头高温性能演变机理。Cd/Ni元素对钎料的熔化温度、润湿流动性以及焊接强度皆有影响,而这些作用可否延续至钎焊接头及工件使用过程,针对Cd/Ni元素对钎焊接头组织及高温力学性能的作用进行了研究。Cd可提高钎料的综合性能,但在一定高温下促使其钎缝组织迅速脆化而受力断裂,致使钎焊接头失效;而Ni可使钎缝保持一定的高温力学性能。Abstract: By studying the effect of Cd/Ni element on the microstructures and properties of BAg40 CuZnX solder,the evolution mechanism of high temperature performance of brazed joint was analyzed. The Cd/Ni element has an influence on the melting temperature,wetting fluidity and weld strength of the brazing filler metal. In this paper,the effect of Cd/Ni element on the microstructure and high temperature mechanical properties of brazed joints was studied. Cadmium can improve the comprehensive performance of the brazing filler metal,but at a certain high temperature,the brazed joint structure is quickly embrittled and fractured,which results in the failure of the brazed joint. While nickel can maintain the high temperature mechanical properties of the brazed joint.
