基于STM32F407的全数字化等离子弧焊电源控制技术

Power control technology of full digital plasma arc welding based on STM32F407

  • 摘要: 航天科技的快速发展对航天铝合金材料的焊接质量提出了更高的要求,而高性能的全数字化变极性等离子弧焊电源是提高铝合金材料焊接质量的关键。为了提高该类型弧焊电源的动态调节性能,在基于Cortex-M4内核的单控制器方案下利用焊接电流及原边电流双闭环反馈回路,在小信号范围内以增量式数字PI调节,大信号范围内实施分段快速调节的方法,研制出了焊接电流稳定且电流响应性能优越的逆变频率为20 kHz全数字化VPPA焊接电源。详细分析了在电源控制技术中焊接过程控制、数字化恒流控制、人机界面处理、自动化控制器通讯等任务的分配及管理,并在280 A大电流条件下完成带负载的焊接测试,其结果验证了该电源控制技术的实用性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The rapid development of aerospace science and technology is put forward higher requirements on the welding quality of aerospace aluminum alloy materials,and the digital variable polarity plasma arc welding power supply with the high performance is the key to improve the welding quality of aluminum alloys. In order to improve the dynamic regulation performance of the arc welding power source,based on single controller of Cortex-M4 kernel,the double closed loop feedback circuit of welding current and the transformer primary current were used,and the strategy of incremental digital PI control was employed in small signal and segmented quickly adjustment in large signal,and then a full digital VPPA welding power supply was developed with 20 kHz inverter frequency and stable welding current and excellent current response performance. The distribution and management in power control technology was investigated in detail,which includes the welding process control,digital constant current control,man-machine interface processing,and automatic controller communication and so on,and the load welding test under 280 A high current condition was carried out to verify the practicability and reliability of the power control technology.
