304L奥氏体薄壁不锈钢管列置双TIG高效焊接工艺

High efficiency tandem TIG welding of 304L austenite thin-walled stainless steel pipe

  • 摘要: 单TIG (Tungsten inert gas)焊是目前薄壁不锈钢管的主要生产工艺,但其存在生产效率较低的问题。在304L薄壁不锈钢管的焊接生产过程中,提高焊接速度易出现咬边及驼峰焊道等焊缝表面成形缺陷。将列置双TIG高效节能焊接新工艺应用于304L薄壁不锈钢管的焊接生产。试验结果表明,Φ20 mm×1.0 mm以及Φ25.4 mm×1.0 mm两种规格的304L薄壁不锈钢管采用列置双TIG焊接工艺可以获得表面成形良好的焊缝,焊接速度均可达到3.0 m/min,相比单TIG焊,焊接速度均提高约66.7%,焊接能耗分别降低约17.5%和23.3%。钢管水胀成形结果表明,两种规格的不锈钢管膨胀率分别可以达到33.9%和41.0%,同时表面无裂纹产生,均符合304L不锈钢管的生产要求。

     

    Abstract: Single TIG welding is the key manufacturing technology of thin-walled stainless steel pipe for industrial application,but its production efficiency is lower. During the high speed welding production of thin-walled stainless steel pipe,undercut and humping weld appear easily.In this paper,the tandem TIG welding was applied to the production of 304 L thin-walled stainless steel pipe,and the welding process was developed through experiments. The experimental results indicate that the welding speed of 304 L austenite stainless steel pipe with two specifications of φ20 mm×1. 0 mm and φ25. 4 mm×1. 0 mm can both reach up to 3. 0 m/min under the condition of good weld appearance. Compared with single TIG welding production,tandem TIG welding can improve the production efficiency by about 66. 7%,reduces energy consumption by about 17. 5% and 23. 3%,respectively. The expansion ratios of the 304 L austenite stainless steel pipe with these two specifications reach33. 9% and 41. 0%,which satisfy the requirement of production.
