Abstract: The domestic welding manufacturing status were analysed,and the development status of the rapid growth of the applications number and expansion of the application industry of welding robots and other industrial robots in the past 12 years in China was introduced. Meanwhile,in order to provide reference and assistance to users and the related personnel engaged in research,application and teaching of welding robots in practical work,some misunderstandings in the application process of welding robots were summarized,and corresponding solutions and countermeasures were provided.
