铝合金变极性等离子弧焊接的工况适应性

Adaptability of variable polarity plasma arc welding of aluminum alloy

  • 摘要: 以2A14和5A06两种铝合金为研究对象,进行了铝合金变极性等离子弧焊接的工况适应性研究。结果表明,与5A06铝合金相比,2A14铝合金变极性等离子弧焊接时的工况适应性较强,对间隙、错边等参数的适应范围宽。两种材料的固液相温差、热导率、比热容等热学性能差异是导致工况适应性差异的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: The condition adaptability of 2A14 and 5A06 aluminum alloys to variabe polarity plasma arc welding( VPPAW) was studied. The results showed that,compared with 5A06 aluminum alloy,2A14 aluminum alloy has better condition adaptability to VPPAW,and has a wide range of adaptability to parameters such as gap and pair height difference. The difference of solid and liquid temperature,thermal conductivity,specific heat capacity and other thermal properties of the two materials is an important reason for the difference in condition adaptability.
