Gas pressure welding process of QU120 crane rail

  • 摘要: 为保证某工程垂直转运轨道QU120起重机轨焊接强度,开展了气压焊工艺的研究,形成了QU120起重机轨气压焊接工艺和技术条件。制定了QU120起重机轨焊接检测标准,从超声波探伤和力学性能、金相组织、落锤试验检测等方面进行焊接性能的评价。8组试件检测表明,焊缝抗拉强度优于母材,其他性能符合检测标准要求。研究结果应用于706个接头的焊接,消除了质量缺陷且具有工效高、精度高的优点。垂直转运轨道投入使用5年来,其安全性、可靠性、平顺性和承载能力符合任务要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure welding strength of QU120 crane rail on vertical transfer track of a project,gas pressure welding technology was studied and gas pressure welding technology and technical conditions of QU120 crane rail were formed. Welding testing standard of QU120 crane rail was established and welding performance was evaluated from aspects of ultrasonic testing,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,drop weight test and so on. Test results of 8 groups of specimens showed that tensile strength of welds was better than that of base metal,and other properties met requirements of test standards. The research results had been applied to 706 joints,which effectively eliminated quality defects and had advantages of high efficiency and high accuracy. Safety,reliability,smoothness and bearing capacity of the vertical transfer track had met requirements of the mission since it was put into use for five years.
