搅拌摩擦焊近20年研究与发展情况概述

Overview of research and development of friction stir welding in the past 20 years

  • 摘要: 针对中国装备制造类企业在近20年中推广应用搅拌摩擦焊技术遇到的挑战和难题,系统综述了搅拌摩擦焊20多年来在装备研制、搅拌工具研发、可焊材料、焊接工艺、产品应用、焊接成形机理等应用研究与基础研究领域的发展情况。通过对装备制造类企业的系统调研,发现搅拌摩擦焊工程应用推进所面临的瓶颈问题主要在于基础性研究深度不够、对中高端设备系统性力学要求把握不准、高效低成本搅拌工具研发能力不足、高端专用工艺研发力量薄弱、操作技能型人才没有系统培养规范等5个方面,并指出整合研究资源、加强基础研究、建立拥有从设备研制、工艺开发、来料加工、人才培训等整体解决方案的高科技公司是有效解决上述瓶颈问题的根本途径,为搅拌摩擦焊接方法在中国装备制造行业未来高效工程应用和研发指明了方向。

     

    Abstract: In response to the challenges and difficulties encountered by Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises in the application of friction stir welding technology in the past 20 years,the system has reviewed the friction stir welding for more than 20 years in equipment development,mixing tool development,weldable materials,welding processes,product applications. Application research and basic research in the field of welding formation mechanism. Through systematic investigation of equipment manufacturing enterprises,it is found that the bottleneck problem faced by the application of friction stir welding engineering is mainly due to insufficient basic research depth,inaccurate grasp of systemic mechanical requirements of medium and high-end equipment,and insufficient research and development capabilities of high-efficiency and low-cost mixing tools. The high-end dedicated process research and development strength is weak,the operational skill-oriented talents have no system training norms,etc.,and points out that integrating research resources,strengthening basic research,and establishing overall solutions from equipment development,process development,processing,and talent training. High-tech companies are the fundamental way to effectively solve the above-mentioned bottleneck problems,and pointed out the direction for the friction-welding welding method in the future efficient engineering application and research and development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry.
