铝合金风机叶轮焊接结构强度校核方法分析

Analysis of strength calculation method for aluminum alloy fan impeller welded structure

  • 摘要: 为确保铝合金风机叶轮的焊接结构在服役过程中的安全性,计算了某型号离心式风机叶轮的叶片空气阻力载荷和离心力载荷两类额定工作载荷。对于单个叶轮叶片,其空气阻力仅为43.1 N,而离心力载荷则是2 433.6 N,因而离心力载荷是工作载荷的主要部分。焊缝需要承载叶片离心力和焊接残余应力,是构件的薄弱环节。对焊接结构进行了理论计算与有限元分析等两个方面的强度校核分析,证实了焊缝强度足够承载工作载荷。采用焊接行业标准与风机行业标准分别对理论计算进行校核,结果表明叶片外侧焊道比内侧焊道更有利于结构承受工作载荷。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of the welded structure of the aluminum alloy fan impeller,the working load was calculated for a certain type of fan impeller,mainly including air resistance and centrifugal force. For single blade,air resistance was only 43. 1 N,however the centrifugal load was 2 433. 6 N,so the main working load was the centrifugal force. The welded structure needed to carry the centrifugal force and welding stress,so it was the weak link of the component. Then the strength analysis was carried out,including theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,which proved that the strength of the welded structure was sufficient. The theoretical calculation was verified by using both the welding industry standard and the fan industry standard. The results showed that the outer pass was more favorable for welded structure to withstand the working load than the inner pass.
