水下电弧螺柱焊接关键参数试验

Experimental of underwater arc stud welding parameters

  • 摘要: 针对水下快速安装、固定等紧固安装作业,在拉弧式螺柱焊接基础上开发了一种水下电弧螺柱焊枪,并基于此开展了水下电弧螺柱焊接工艺试验。通过对焊接电流和焊接时间、提升高度和提升时间及提前送气时间和滞后关气时间等关键参数的试验与分析,焊接质量得到有效提升。试验证明,水下电弧螺柱焊接技术可实现螺柱的水下快速焊接,应用于水下快速固定、安装等海洋工程中。

     

    Abstract: A kind of underwater arc stud welding gun was developed based on the drawn-arc stud welding technology for underwater quick installation,fixing and other fastening installations. By testing and analyzing the key parameters such as welding current and welding time,lifting height and lifting time,advance gas delivery time and lag gas closing time,the welding quality was effectively improved. The experimental results showed that the technology of underwater arc stud welding could realize the rapid underwater welding of the stud,and it could be applied in the marine engineering such as rapid underwater fixation and installation on ocean engineering.
