Abstract:
In order to improve the forming accuracy of parts,an additive manufacturing method with presetting wire by wire and remelting layer by layer was proposed. The corresponding length of welding wire was preseted on each layer to form the shape of the layer,and then the presetting wire layer was remelted,thus metal part was accumulated with presetting wire and remelting layer. Additive manufacturing tests were carried out to manufacture a ring part,a slanted part and a suspended part with support. The results showed that the layer height of each layer and the wire feed amount at each position could be controlled by presetting wire,thereby the forming accuracy of parts accumulated layer by layer could be ensured. The inclined structures with different angles could be produced and support structures could be adopted which was easy to remove by this method,so it was suitable for additive manufacturing of complex parts.
