一种逐条预置焊丝和逐层重熔的增材制造方法

An additive manufacturing method with presetting wire by wire and remelting layer by layer

  • 摘要: 为提高零件的成形精度,提出了一种逐条预置焊丝和逐层重熔的增材制造方法,将每个分层用相应长度的焊丝逐条预置形成该分层的形状,再对该预置焊丝分层进行重熔,然后逐层预置焊丝和重熔就可累积制造出金属零件。对环形零件、倾斜零件和带支撑的悬空零件进行了增材制造试验。结果表明,预置焊丝可控制每个分层的层高和每个位置的送丝量,从而保证逐层累积增材制造零件的成形精度。该方法适用于不同角度的倾斜结构,可采用支撑结构且去除方便,适合复杂零件的增材制造。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the forming accuracy of parts,an additive manufacturing method with presetting wire by wire and remelting layer by layer was proposed. The corresponding length of welding wire was preseted on each layer to form the shape of the layer,and then the presetting wire layer was remelted,thus metal part was accumulated with presetting wire and remelting layer. Additive manufacturing tests were carried out to manufacture a ring part,a slanted part and a suspended part with support. The results showed that the layer height of each layer and the wire feed amount at each position could be controlled by presetting wire,thereby the forming accuracy of parts accumulated layer by layer could be ensured. The inclined structures with different angles could be produced and support structures could be adopted which was easy to remove by this method,so it was suitable for additive manufacturing of complex parts.
