机器人激光制造工作站数字化控制系统设计

Design of digital control system for laser robot manufacturing workstation

  • 摘要: 根据激光加工工艺时序和控制功能要求,提出了一种机器人激光制造工作站数字化控制系统设计方案。基于西门子可编程逻辑控制器,构建了系统通信架构,实现了系统各组件的集成联动控制。建立激光制造工艺数据库并提供数据服务接口,实现与企业信息管理系统的互联互通,方便企业进行生产规划、生产进度管理和产品质量追溯。结果表明,该机器人激光制造工作站数字化控制系统响应速度快,运行稳定且易于维护,能够显著提高焊接效率与质量,改善工人劳动环境,并推动企业向数字化工厂发展。

     

    Abstract: According to requirements of laser processing process sequence and control function,a design scheme for the digital control system of robot laser manufacturing workstation was proposed. The system communication architecture was built based on Siemens PLC,and the integrated linkage control of all components of the system was realized. The laser welding process database was established and data service interface was provided to realize the interconnection with the upper enterprise information management system,so as to facilitate the enterprise to carry out production planning,production schedule management and product quality traceability. The results showed that the workstation hadfast response speed,stable operation and easy maintenance. It could significantly increase the welding efficiency and quality,improve the working environment of workers,and promote the enterprise to be a digital plant.
