双立柱龙门数控加工中心焊接横梁力学特性分析

Analysis on the mechanical characteristics of welded beam of double-column gantry numerical control machining center

  • 摘要: 采用ANSYS workbench对双立柱龙门加工中心横梁的铸造结构和焊接结构进行了静力学分析和模态分析,比较了两种结构的优缺点。结果表明,通过合理设置焊接结构横梁内部筋板,使横梁重量减轻10%,并显著提高龙门加工中心焊接结构横梁刚度,同时有效避免了薄钢板封闭框架结构易产生的薄壁颤振现象,为机床的小批量个性定制化制造提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: The statics analysis and modal analysis of casting beam and welded beam of one double-column gantry machining center was carried out with ANSYS workbench. Advantages and disadvantages of the two structures were compared and researched. The results showed that through reasonably setting internal reinforcement plate of the welded beam,the weight of the beam was reduced by 10%,and the stiffness of the welded beam of gantry machining center was significantly improved. At the same time,the thin-wall flutter phenomenon of the closed frame structure with steel plate was effectively avoided. It provided a new thought for small batch,customer tailor of machine tools.
