多股绞合焊丝研究与应用进展

Research and application progress of multi-strands welding wire

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了多股绞合焊丝的结构特性及作为熔化极焊接材料的电弧特性,综合论述了其在多种焊接方法中的研究进展和焊接应用现状,并对今后的发展进行了展望。从目前的研究结果来看,多股绞合焊丝的研究主要集中在大直径碳钢和不锈钢;多股绞合焊丝作为熔化极焊接材料具有电弧耦合、旋转电弧和搅动熔池等特点有助于提高焊接接头综合性能,可以有效的解决传统焊丝难以解决的大直径焊丝热输入大、焊缝组织不均匀、焊缝气孔率大、侧壁熔合不良和熔敷速度低等问题。多股绞合焊丝因生产成本高、缺乏相关标准和配套焊接电源与焊接辅助设备等问题,其推广与应用受到了限制。因此,文中为多股绞合焊丝以后的发展提出一些建议。

     

    Abstract: Structural characteristics of the multi-strands welding wire and its arc characteristics as a fusion electrode welding material were introduced in detail,and its research progress of various welding methods and the current status of welding applications were discussed comprehensively. Moreover,its future development was prospected. Judging from the current research results,the research on multi-strands welding wire mainly focused on large-diameter carbon steel and stainless steel. As a molten electrode welding material,the multi-strands welding wire had characteristics of arc coupling,rotating arc and stirring molten pool to help improve comprehensive performance of welded joints,which could effectively solve problems that were difficult to solve for traditional welding wire,such as large heat input of large-diameter welding wire,uneven weld microstructure,large weld porosity,poor sidewall fusion and low deposition speed. Due to the high production cost,lack of relevant standards and supporting welding power and welding auxiliary equipment,the promotion and application of the multi-strands welding wire was restricted. Therefore,some suggestions were made for the future development of the multi-stranded welding wire in the paper.
