07MnNiMoDR钢制-50℃乙烯球罐用焊条研制及应用

Development and application of electrode for -50 ℃ ethylene spherical tank made of 07MnNiMoDR steel

  • 摘要: 针对07MnNiMoDR钢制-50℃乙烯球罐的特点,合理选择渣系,确定Mn-Ni-Mo合金体系,并应用微合金化技术,成功研发出相应配套用GER-27M焊条。对GER-27M焊条进行了一系列工艺性试验和力学性能试验。结果表明,该焊条全位置下焊接工艺性良好,熔敷金属扩散氢含量极低;在立焊位置40 kJ/cm下的焊缝金属经长时间焊后热处理,其-50℃冲击吸收能量数据仍高于技术条件要求。焊缝金属再热裂纹敏感性较低,且热处理范围较宽,抗脆性断裂能力强。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of-50 ℃ ethylene spherical tank made of 07 MnNiMoDR steel, the suitable GER-27 M electrode was successfully developed by selecting slag system reasonably, determining Mn-Ni-Mo alloy system, and applying microalloying technology.A series of technological and mechanical properties tests were carried out on GER-27 M electrode. The results showed that the welding process of this electrode was good at all positions and the diffusive hydrogen content of deposited metal was very low. After a long postweld heat treatment at 40 kJ/cm vertical welding position, the data of-50 ℃ AKV was still higher than the requirement of technical conditions. The weld metal had low re-heat crack sensitivity, wide heat treatment range and strong brittle fracture resistance.
