焊接生产制造领域中的国际焊接标准体系及应用

International welding standard system and application in welding manufacturing field

  • 摘要: 以ISO 3834标准为核心的生产制造领域中的焊接标准体系,将焊接质量控制要素从9个方面的相关标准进行了归纳总结,即母材焊材、焊接工艺规程(WPS)及焊接工艺评定(WPQR)、人员资质、焊接接头检验、评定验收、焊接工艺(前、中、后)、焊材制造供应及环境、健康与安全。系统完整地归纳总结了这一体系的构成及内容,可帮助焊接专业技术人员全面了解国际焊接标准在工程技术领域的应用,提升其标准的应用水平。

     

    Abstract: The content and system of international welding standards have been increasingly improved,which is resulted from the advancement of welding technology itself. It also greatly promotes the continuous development of welding technology and its application in engineering. The welding standard system in the manufacturing field with the ISO 3834 standard as the core,summarizes the control elements for welding quality into 9 related aspects systematically,namely,base metal and welding consumables,welding process specification(WPS) and welding process qualification(WPQR),personnel qualification,welding joint inspection,qualification and acceptance,welding process(preparation,welding and post welding),welding consumables manufacturing and supply,and environment,health and safety. This system can help professional and technical personnel fully understand the application of international welding standards in the field of engineering technology and improve their international level.
