激光焊代替凸焊在天窗标准件上的应用

Application of laserwelding instead of projection welding in skylight standard parts

  • 摘要: 针对天窗加强环及与其匹配标准件,设计5组试验,涉及不同板材和不同标准件之间的搭配,采用远程激光自熔焊进行焊接试验,并观察焊缝外观及焊缝熔深,测试标准件顶出力。结果表明,在不同板材、不同类型标准件组合情况下,均获得了良好的焊接效果;焊接螺母的顶出力超过了25 kN,超过了标准要求的3倍以上;焊接螺钉的顶出力超过了17 kN,超过了标准要求的3.5倍以上。综合性能、成本及工业化等因素考虑,激光焊接天窗标准件有应用前景。

     

    Abstract: For the skylight reinforcement ring and its matching standard parts, 5 sets of tests were designed, involving the collocation between different plates and different standard parts. remote laser self-fusion welding was used to carry out welding tests, andthe appearance and penetration of the welds wereobserved, and then the ejection force of standard parts were tested. The results showed thatgood welding results were obtainedin different plates and different types of standard parts. The ejection force of the welding nut exceeded 25 kN, which was more than 3 times that of the standard requirements. The ejection force of the welding screw exceeded 17 kN, which was morethan 3. 5 times that of the standard requirements. Considering the comprehensive performance,cost and industrialization,laser welding of skylight standard parts had application prospects.
