D-Arc high efficiency welding process of high strength steel thick plate for construction machinery

  • 摘要: 采用D-Arc焊接方法对工程机械用Q690D厚板开展了对接和T形接头进行焊接试验,对焊接试样的焊缝成形、显微组织和显微硬度进行了分析,并开展了拉伸、弯曲和冲击的力学性能测试。结果表明,25 mm板厚对接接头和30 mm T形接头采用D-Arc焊接技术,相对于常规气保焊,不仅焊接道数少1/3以上,且熔深明显增大,焊缝成形美观。在较大的焊接电流参数下,微观组织没有出现异常的粗化,热影响区最高硬度和软化区的最低硬度与母材的硬度相比,未出现异常。拉伸性能、弯曲性能和冲击性能测试均合格。

     

    Abstract: Welding experiments of butt joint and T joint of Q690 D thick plate for construction machinery were performed with D-Arc welding technology. Formation of weld, microstructure and microhardness of welding samples were analyzed. And the mechanical properties of tensile test, bending test and impact test were also carried out. The results showed that, compared with conventional gas shielded welding, butt joint with 25 mm thickness plate and T joint with 30 mm thickness plate by D-Arc welding technology could reduce the weld by more than one third.The depth of fusion obviously increased, and formation of weld was good. The microstructure of D-Arc joint with large current parameter was not exceptionally coarsened. The maximum hardness in heat-affected zone and the minimum hardness of softening zone were not outliers compared with the base metal hardness. The tensile test, bending test and impact test were qualified.
