铝合金T形接头双侧脉冲MIG单道焊接工艺

T-joint of aluminium alloy by double-side pulsed MIG process

  • 摘要: 采用自适应熔覆量的方法,对15 mm厚的6082铝合金T形接头进行了双侧脉冲熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)单道焊接工艺的研究。在单热源单边焊接条件下,分析预留间隙、焊枪角度、送丝速度及行走速度等参数对焊缝成形的影响,并根据焊缝成形及表面质量,确定最优焊接工艺参数区间。在此基础上,对T形接头进行双侧对称热源和双侧非对称热源焊接。试验结果表明,当预留间隙为0 mm或1 mm、焊枪行走角为15°左右时,焊缝饱满且无咬边现象;当送丝速度为9.5 m/min时,焊缝成形良好并能实现根部完全熔合。

     

    Abstract: Double-side pulsed MIG process for 15 mm thick T-joint of 6082 aluminum alloy was investigated with adaptive deposition method.Under the condition of single heat source and unilateral welding, influences of parameters such as reserved clearance, angle of welding gun,wire feeding speed and traveling speed on formation of weld were analyzed. According to formation of weld and its surface quality, the optimum welding parameters were determined. On this basis, T-joints were welded with double-side symmetric heat source and double-side asymmetric heat source. The results showed that when the reserved clearance was 0 mm or 1 mm and angle of welding gun was about 15°, weld was full and without undercut. When the wire feeding speed was 9. 5 m/min, the weld was well formed and the root could be fully fused.
