Application of CPP900 automatic welding equipment in welding of long-distance pipeline

  • 摘要: 简要介绍了某研究院开发的CPP900-IW48及CPP900-W2N自动焊设备,并简要描述了其组合系统在某长输管道工程项目中执行的焊接工艺参数。根据国家标准及项目设计文件要求利用焊缝夏比冲击试验、全焊缝拉伸试验、弯曲试验及落锤撕裂试验分析了CPP900自动焊系统焊接的环焊缝的力学性能。试验结果表明,CPP900自动焊系统采用合理焊接工艺可以得到满足标准及设计要求、力学性能良好的环焊缝。工程实践结果表明,CPP900自动焊系统在国内大口径、大壁厚、高钢级长输管道焊接施工中有良好的表现。

     

    Abstract: CPP900-IW48 and CPP900-W2 N automatic welding equipment developed by China Petroleum Pipeline Research Institute was briefly introduced. Welding parameters in a long-distance pipeline project were briefly described. According to the requirements of national standards and project design documents, the mechanical properties of circumferential welds welded by CPP900 automatic welding system were analyzed by using Charpy impact test, tensile test, bending test and drop weight tear test. The experimental results showed that the circumferential weld with good mechanical properties could be obtained by adopting reasonable welding process in CPP900 automatic welding system. Result of engineering practice showed that CPP900 automatic welding system had a good performance in the welding construction of large diameter, large thickness and high steel grade long distance pipeline in China.
