基于焊接质量双椭球热源形状参数的简化模型

Simplified model of heat source shape parameters of double ellipsoid based on welding quality

  • 摘要: 通过实测熔池形状确定双椭球热源形状参数存在成本高、效率低的问题。针对该问题,文中通过对6 mm以下薄板的对接接头模型进行了仿真,确定了不同焊接工艺参数、不同热源参数和不同板厚条件下双椭球热源的形状参数。根据仿真分析的结果建立了双椭球热源形状参数与板厚的数学模型关系式,从而简化了热源形状参数,提高了焊接仿真的效率,降低了试验成本。

     

    Abstract: The shape parameters of the double ellipsoid heat source were mostly determined by measuring the shape of the molten pool, which existed a problem of high cost and low efficiency. Aiming at the problem, the shape parameters of the double ellipsoid heat source under different welding parameters, heat source parameters and plate thickness conditions were calculated by simulating the butt joint model of thin plates below 6 mm in this paper. Based on the simulation results, the mathematical model functions between the shape parameters of the double ellipsoid heat source and the plate thickness were established, which simplified the shape parameters of heat source, improved the efficiency of welding simulation, and then reduced the experimental cost.
