随焊激冷焊接技术的研究与进展

Research and development of welding with local cooling

  • 摘要: 综述了随焊激冷后焊接接头残余应力应变、热影响区宽度、裂纹敏感性和焊缝组织的变化趋势,并分析冷却介质、冷源与熔池中心距离、冷源作用宽度和冷却终止温度这4个特征参数对冷源冷却效果的影响。希望能为随焊激冷焊接技术在实际工程中的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Trends of residual stress and strain, heat-affected zone width, crack susceptibility and weld microstructure of welded joints with local cooling were reviewed in the article. The influence of the four characteristic parameters of cooling medium, the distance between the cooling source and the center of the molten pool, the action width of the cooling source and the cooling termination temperature on the cooling effect of the cooling source was analyzed. It was hoped to provide a reference for the application of welding with local cooling technology in actual engineering.
