摘要: 阐述了RES焊接新技术的原理极其工艺特征,并以热成形钢22MnB5和高强铝合金TL091为对象,采用RES连接技术,通过对焊接工共参数进行合理地组合与优化,借助金相分析和力学性能分析等于段,对接头的爆接性进行了系统分析,成功实现了2种板枋的优质连接,为汽车车身热成形钢板和高强铝合金的煌接提供了一种新的煌接技术手段,解决了汽车热成形钧与高强铝合金等异种材料的连接难隹迻。同时结合产品设计和质量要求,对接头的质量评价给出了评价标准和依据,丰富了RES幜接技术体系。Abstract: The principle and process characteristics of RES welding technology were described. Taking the hot forming steel 22MnB5 and high strength aluminum alloy TL091 as the objects, through reasonable combination and optimization of welding parameters, the weldability of joints was systematically analyzed by means of metallographic analysis and mechanical properties analysis. The RES welding technology was adopted to realize high quality connection of the two plates successfully. It provided a new welding technology for the welding of automobile body hot forming steel and high strength aluminum alloy, and solved the problem of connection between automobile hot forming steel and high strength aluminum alloy. At the same time, combining with product design and quality requirements, the evaluation standard and basis for joint quality evaluation were given, which enriched RES welding technology system.
