超级奥氏体不锈钢CK3MCuN 中高温相的产生与控制探讨

Discussion on generation and control of high temperature precipitated phase in super austenitic stainless steel CK3MCuN

  • 摘要: 在超级奥氏体不锈钢CK3MCuN的制造过程中,为使其具有单相奥氏体组织,在固溶处理及焊接中采取有效的措施,抑制奥氏体之外的金属间化合物的产生,如高温σ相、碳化物等,有利于表现出CK3MCuN良好的耐蚀性。对固溶处理、焊接后的微观组织进行了分析,结果表明,CK3MCuN铸钢件通过合理、严格的热加工工艺可以有效抑制奥氏体之外的金属间化合物的产生,且点腐蚀性能良好,可以满足客户要求。在工程应用中可以安全、有效地使用CK3MCuN材质的零部件及设备。创新点: 根据CK3MCuN铸钢件的热处理及焊缝的试验与分析,给出了较为合理实用的制造工艺,可供CK3MCuN的制造者及使用者借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In manufacturing process of super austenitic stainless steel CK3MCuN, effective measures were taken in the process of solution treatment and welding to inhibit the generation of intermetallic compounds other than austenite, such as high temperature σ phase, carbide, so as to make it have single-phase austenite microstructure, which was beneficial to show the good corrosion resistance of CK3MCuN. The microstructure after solution treatment and welding was analyzed, the results showed that CK3MCuN castings could effectively inhibit the intermetallic compound other than austenite through reasonable and strict hot working process, and it had good corrosion resistance, which could meet the requirements of customers. Components and equipment made of CK3MCuN could be used safely and effectively in engineering applications.Highlights: According to heat treatment of CK3MCuN steel castings and test and analysis of the weld, the reasonable and practical manufacturing process was given, which could be used for reference by the manufacturers and users of CK3MCuN.
