打磨方式对SMA490BW耐候钢十字接头疲劳性能的影响

Effect of grinding methods on fatigue properties of SMA490BW weathering steel cross welded joints

  • 摘要: 对SMA490BW耐候钢十字焊接头进行了不同方式的打磨处理,研究了打磨方式对十字焊接头疲劳性能的影响,并借助SEM研究了疲劳断口形貌。运用ABAQUS有限元软件计算十字焊接头的应力分布及应力集中系数。结果表明,未打磨试样疲劳极限约为70.6 MPa,简单打磨试样疲劳极限约为98.6 MPa,过渡圆弧打磨试样疲劳极限约为104.4 MPa,简单打磨和过渡圆弧打磨相比未打磨试样的疲劳极限分别提高39.7%和47.9%。未打磨、简单打磨和过渡圆弧打磨试样焊趾处的应力集中系数分别为1.558,1.402和1.297。简单打磨和过渡圆弧打磨试样焊趾处的应力集中系数分别降低了10.0%和16.8%。

     

    Abstract: The SMA490 BW weathering steel cross welded joints were ground in different ways. The effects of different grinding methods on fatigue properties of SMA490 BW weathering steel cross welded joints were studied,and the fatigue fracture morphology was studied by SEM.ABAQUS finite element software was used to calculate the stress distribution and stress concentration coefficient of cross welded joints. The results showed that the fatigue limit of unground specimens was about 70. 6 MPa,that of simple ground specimens was about 98. 6 MPa,and that of transition arc ground specimens was about 104. 4 MPa. The fatigue limit of simple ground specimens and transition arc ground specimens was 39. 7% and 47. 9% higher than that of unground specimens,respectively. The stress concentration coefficients of unground,simple ground and transition arc ground toe were 1. 558,1. 402 and 1. 297,respectively. The stress concentration coefficient of simple ground and transition arc ground was reduced by 10. 0% and 16. 8%,respectively.
