激光热处理对S32101修复区组织和性能的影响

Effect of laser heat treatment on microstructure and properties of S32101 repair zone

  • 摘要: 采用激光填丝焊方式对S32101双相不锈钢板进行增材修复,在激光功率为5 kW,光斑直径5 mm,焊接速度为8 mm/s,送丝速度为260 cm/min,保护气流量为30 L/min的工艺参数下得到成形良好的焊缝。用不同功率的激光对修复区进行焊后热处理,研究了不同功率下激光热处理对修复区组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,激光热处理后修复区的奥氏体晶粒明显细化,含量有一定的增加;修复区显微硬度有所下降,但仍高于母材;当热处理激光功率在0~3 kW时,其抗拉强度随激光功率的增加逐渐提高,到达4 kW时,抗拉强度有所降低,修复区拉伸断口均为典型的韧性断裂形貌;通过测量修复区的TAFEL极化曲线,发现激光热处理后修复区的自腐蚀电位提高,自腐蚀电流密度降低,表明激光热处理后修复区的耐腐蚀性能得到了提高。创新点: (1)利用激光热处理的方法对S32101激光焊接修复区进行了焊后处理。(2)分析了不同功率(0~4 kW)的激光热处理对修复区微观组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能的影响。(3)激光热处理后S32101修复区的奥氏体含量有了一定的提升,力学性能和耐腐蚀性能得到了一定程度的改善。

     

    Abstract: S32101 dual-phase stainless steel plate was repaired by laser wire filling welding method. Under technological parameters of laser power 5 kW, spot diameter 5 mm, welding speed 8 mm/s, wire feeding speed 260 cm/min, shielding gas flow rate 30 L/min, well-formed welds were obtained. The influence of laser heat treatment under different power on microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of repair zone was studied. The results showed that austenite grain was refined and content of austenite increased after laser heat treatment. The microhardness of repair zone decreased, but was still higher than that of base metal. When laser power of heat treatment was 0~3 kW, tensile strength increased with increase of laser power. When laser power reached 4 kW, the tensile strength decreased, and tensile fracture morphology of repair zone was typical ductile fracture. By measuring TAFEL polarization curve of repaire zone, it was found that self-corrosion potential of repair zone increased and self-corrosion current density decreased after laser heat treatment,which ineicated that corrosion resistance of repair zone was improved.Highlights: (1) Method of laser heat treatment was used for postweld treatment of laser welding repair zone of S32101.(2) Effects of laser heat treatment with different power (0~4 kW) on microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of repair zone were analyzed.(3) After laser heat treatment, austenite content of S32101 repair zone was improved to a certain extent, and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were improved to a certain extent.
