  • 摘要: 含裂纹缺陷的环焊缝失效分析,是解决X70及以上高钢级管道环焊缝质量风险的必要环节。文中对现阶段含裂纹缺陷的环焊缝排查和失效分析进行了梳理和成果总结分析,及时发现问题和规律,为后续安全管控和裂纹机理研究提供参考。已有失效分析规律总结如下:X70及X80管道环焊缝裂纹以根焊开裂形式为主;变壁厚、管道顶部和底部等位置容易发生环焊缝裂纹缺陷,焊接施工和缺陷无损检测及评判时应重点关注,尽量避免漏评误判;焊瘤、错边、余高等外观检测指标超标,导致环焊缝成形较差,影响裂纹缺陷的检出并加重根焊位置的应力集中。基于上述规律,建议对新建管道需加强针对管道环焊缝外观检测、根焊裂纹检测工艺。而对于在役管道,重点防范弯曲等附加载荷影响,依托环焊缝裂纹失效分析,进一步研究环焊缝裂纹形成的微观机理和控制参数。创新点: 首次系统总结了当前国内含裂纹缺陷的环焊缝失效分析流程和结果,揭示了环焊缝裂纹缺陷出现的现象和规律,并针对新建管道和在役管道环焊缝开裂失效分别提出了针对性安全管控措施建议。

     

    Abstract: Failure analysis of girth weld with crack was a necessary step to solve the quality risk of girth weld of X70 high-grade-steel pipelines. In this paper, the investigation and failure analysis of girth weld with cracks were summarized and analyzed to find their problems and rules in time, which provided suggestions and measures for subsequent safety management and cracking mechanism research. The existing failure analysis rules were summarized as follows. Girth weld cracks of X70 and X80 pipelines were mainly cracks in root welding. Girth weld cracks were easy to occur in the positions of variable wall thickness, top and bottom of pipe, which should be focused on to avoid missing evaluation and misjudgment as far as possible during welding construction and non-destructive testing and evaluation of defects. Overlap, misalignment reinforcement and other higher appearance detection indexes exceeded the standard resulted in poor formation of girth weld, affected the detection of crack defects and aggravated stress concentration at the root weld position. Based on the above rules, it was suggested to strengthen inspection process of appearance and root weld crack of girth weld for new pipelines. As for the in-service pipeline, the focus was on preventing influence of additional loads such as bending. Relying on crack failure analysis of girth weld, microscopic mechanism and control parameters of crack formation of girth weld was suggested to be further studied.Highlights: It was the first time to systematically summarize failure analysis process and results of girth weld with cracks in China, reveal the phenomenon and rule of girth weld with cracks, and put forward corresponding safety control measures for girth weld with cracks in newly-built pipelines and in-service pipelines.
