Development and application of 3D visualization welding process platform for railway locomotives

  • 摘要: 为适应轨道交通装备数字化制造的转型升级需求,设计了一种基于三维设计模型的焊接工艺开发模式,并采用抽象结构到实例化映射的数据构建方法,基于C#语言实现了三维焊接工艺系统的开发。在建立明确的字段体系基础上,通过构建模板工序、实例化工序字段、关联三维模型和工位等,实现跨越生产阶段信息融合和可视化作业指导,以某型号机车转向架构架三维焊接工艺设计与应用为例,进行了系统验证。结果表明,系统具有灵活、高效、信息可视化程度高且易追溯等特点,能够有效改善生产作业模式,具有一定的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Welding and its assemblies are the key links and necessary technological means of rail transit equipment manufacturing. Ensure the standardization and relevance of the process information of each process, as well as the intuitive and effective production guidance, which is conducive to improving product quality and production efficiency. A welding process development model based on a 3D design model is designed to meet the transformation and upgrading demands of the digital manufacturing of rail transportation equipment. With the data construction method of abstract structure to instantiation mapping, a 3D welding process system is developed based on the C# language. Based on establishing a clear field system, information fusion and visual operation guidance across production stages are achieved via building template processes, instantiating process fields, and associating 3D models and workstations. The system's effectiveness was validated by designing and applying a 3D welding process for a locomotive bogie frame. The results indicate that the system is flexible, efficient, highly visualized, and easily traceable. It effectively improves the production mode of operation and has a certain application value.
