不锈钢铁素体含量测量技术与标准研究现状

Research status of ferrite content measurement techniques and standards in stainless steel

  • 摘要: 结合测量技术,对相应的标准进行了背景依据论述与细节对比,指出了目前的铁素体含量专用测量标准以磁性法为主,非专用标准以面积比例法为主。分析了铁素体含量测量的影响因素与目前存在的问题,实际应用需求为非破坏性检验、微区三维体积比例测量及形态表征、适用热影响区及焊道横截面等。对铁素体含量测量技术与标准进行了展望,提出了通过系统开展双盲试验、加强基础研究等手段进一步提升铁素体含量测量结果准确度、可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Combined with measurement technology, background basis and details of the corresponding standards were discussed and compared respectively. It was pointed out that current special standards of ferrite content were mainly magnetic method, and non-special standards were mainly area proportion method. Influencing factors and existing problems of ferrite content measurement were analyzed, and the practical application requirements included non-destructive inspection, 3D volume proportion measurement and morphological characterization of micro-zone, applicable heat affected zone and cross section of weld pass. Technologies and standards of ferrite content measurement were prospected, it was suggested that accuracy and reliability of ferrite content measurement could be further improved by systematic double-blind experiment and strengthening basic research.
