微弧离子沉积技术研究现状与应用进展

Research status and application progress of micro-arc ion deposition technology

  • 摘要: 微弧离子沉积作为一种重要的表面强化技术,具有冶金结合强度高、热影响区小、零部件不易变形、适用范围广等特点,被广泛应用在刀具、模具、能源、农业及航空航天等领域,实现提高零部件表面的耐磨、耐蚀、阻燃性能及修复零部件表面损伤等目的。该文结合国内外发展现状,介绍了微弧离子沉积技术原理及其特点,并从脉冲电源的改进、电极运动形式的改进及自动化沉积的研究3个方面介绍了微弧离子沉积设备的研究现状,讨论了工艺参数和复合技术对沉积层性能的影响,从耐磨、耐蚀、阻燃及表面修复4个方面介绍了微弧离子沉积技术的应用。最后总结了微弧离子沉积技术存在的问题,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: As an important surface strengthening technology, micro-arc ion deposition has features such as high metallurgical bonding strength, small heat-affected zone, parts being not easy to deform, and wide range of application. It is widely used in the fields of cutting tools, molds, energy, agriculture, and aerospace, and it can realize the purpose of improving abrasion and corrosion resistance, flame retardant properties on the surface of the parts, and repairing surface damage of the parts. This paper introduces principle of micro-arc ion deposition technology and its characteristics, and introduces research status of micro-arc ion deposition equipment from three aspects, that is improvement of pulse power supply, improvement of electrode movement form and research of automatic deposition. The application of micro-arc ion deposition technology is introduced from four aspects, that is wear resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardant and surface repair. Finally, problems of micro-arc ion deposition technology are summarised, and its future development direction is foreseen.
