Status of online hardfacing repair technology for valve sealing in power plants

  • 摘要: 电厂阀门密封面损伤后返厂修复耗时长、成本高,而且需要破坏性地对阀门进行分离,可能带来安全隐患。近年来,阀门密封面在线堆焊修复技术获得了越来越多的重视。文中对电厂阀门密封面在线堆焊修复技术发展现状进行综述,总结了电厂阀门密封面的失效形式、电厂阀门密封面在线堆焊修复流程及修复工艺的特殊要求,重点探讨了电厂阀门密封面堆焊材料、在线堆焊修复方法及设备、堆焊后的在线加工和研磨等方面的研究和工程实践进展。需要进一步开展的研究工作如下,开发司太立合金药芯焊丝;研制高硬度、高耐磨、抗裂的镍基和铁基阀门密封面堆焊合金焊丝;开发低飞溅自动MIG/MAG阀门密封面堆焊工艺;开发电厂阀门密封面在线堆焊修复专机;开发和在线堆焊修复专机高度集成的在线机械加工和研磨设备。

     

    Abstract: It takes a long time and high cost to repair the damaged valve sealing from power plant to factory, and it requires destructive separation of the valve, which may bring safety hazards. In recent years, online hardfacing repair technology for valve sealing has received increasing attention. In the paper, it reviews the status of online hardfacing repair technology for valve sealing in power plants. It summarizes the failure forms of valve sealing in power plants, process and special requirements for online hardfacing repair of valve sealing in power plants, and focuses on the research and engineering practice progress in hardfacing materials, online hardfacing repair methods and equipment, and online machining and grinding after hardfacing. Further research works need to carry out as follows. It needs to develop flux cored welding wires of Stellite alloy. It needs to develop nickel based and iron based hardfacing alloy wires with high hardness, high wear resistance and crack resistance for valve sealing. It needs to develop low splash automatic MIG/MAG hardfacing process for valve sealing. It needs to develop specialized equipment for online hardfacing repair of valve sealing in power plant. It needs to develop online machining equipment highly integrated with specialized equipment for online hardfacing repair.
