焊接烟尘激光浓度传感器的标定

Calibration of laser concentration sensors for welding fume

    目的 激光浓度传感器被广泛应用于焊接烟尘浓度的测量,然而,该类传感器并不能直接测量焊接烟尘的实际浓度,需对激光浓度传感器进行标定,从而实现对焊接烟尘浓度的在线检测。
    方法 基于滤膜称重法和激光散射法,重新设计组装了一套标定装置。应用该装置,分别测量了4种常用焊接材料的焊接烟尘标定系数。
    结果 结果表明,JQMG70S-6实心焊丝、JQ·CE71T-1药芯焊丝、E5015碱性焊条和E4303酸性焊条形成的焊接烟尘的传感器标定系数K,分别为60.4,19.7,20.6和19.6。
    结论 对试验结果进行误差分析,显示该标定装置测量结果的精密度和准确度能满足测量要求,且精确度高。

     

    Abstract: Objective Laser concentration sensors are widely used for measuring the concentration of welding fume. However, this type of sensor cannot directly measure actual concentration of welding fume. It needs to be calibrated before testing to realize on-line detection of welding smoke concentration. Methods Based on filter membrane weighing method and laser scattering method, a calibration device is redesigned and assembled. The calibration coefficients of welding fume for four popular welding consumables are measured with this device. Results The results show that sensor calibration coefficients K of welding fume formed by JQMG70S-6 solid wire, JQ-CE71T-1 flux-cored wire, E5015 basic electrode and E4303 acid electrode are 60.4, 19.7, 20.6 and 19.6, respectively. Conclusion Error analysis of experimental results shows that precision and accuracy of measurement results of the calibration device can satisfy measurement requirements with high accuracy.
