耐微生物腐蚀管道全位置焊接铜衬垫打底工艺

Backing welding process with copper backing in all-position welding of microbial corrosion resistant pipe

    目的 旨在解决富含Cu,Cr元素的耐微生物腐蚀管全位置焊接存在熔融金属流动性差,焊缝背部成形不平整、不连续,焊接质量不稳定问题。
    方法 以耐腐蚀管L450Q-RCB为试验对象,开展基于铜衬垫背部强制成形的摆动电弧打底工艺研究,采用单因素分析法,研究了摆动电弧参数、送丝速度、焊接速度对焊缝成形质量的影响规律。
    结果 试验结果表明,采用铜衬垫背部强制成形的摆动电弧打底方法焊缝成形一致性好,焊缝背部成形连续且平整,无未熔合、未焊透缺陷。
    结论 该研究为管道全位置焊接基本工艺规范的制定奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: Objective The aim was to solve problems such as poor fluidity of molten metal, uneven and discontinuous back weld and unstable welding quality in all-position welding of microbial corrosion resistant pipe that was rich in Cu and Cr elements. Methods Taking corrosion resistant pipe BGL450Q-RCB as the test object, research on oscillating arc backing welding process based on back forced forming of copper backing was carried out. Single factor analysis method was used to study influence of oscillating arc parameter, wire feed speed, and welding speed on quality of weld forming. Results The results showed that oscillating arc backing welding method with back forced forming of copper backing had good consistency of weld forming, and back of weld was formed continuously and flat, without defects of incomplete fusion and incomplete penetration. Conclusion The study lay foundation for the development of basic process specification for all-position welding of pipelines.
