石墨与Al低温钎料设计及接头的组织和性能

Design of low temperature brazing filler metal for graphite/Al together with microstructure and properties of brazed joints

    目的 旨在实现石墨/Al接头的良好连接。
    方法 设计了一种新型低温钎料AgCu28In35Ti2,通过加入In元素,使其与Ag,Cu发生共晶反应来降低熔点,从而实现石墨/Al接头的良好连接。
    结果 研究结果表明,在焊接过程中,在钎缝处形成了Al2Cu,AgIn2和TiAl3分布相对均匀的化合物。同时,有大量In沿着母材晶界析出。在焊接温度620 ℃,保温时间30 min的参数下,接头强度达到最大,14.85 MPa。
    结论 设计出的低温钎料AgCu28In35Ti2为石墨/Al高可靠连接提供了一种较好的方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective The aim is to achieve a good connection of joints between graphite and Al. Methods A new low-temperature brazing filler metal AgCu28In35Ti2 is designed. By adding In element, it undergoes eutectic reaction with Ag and Cu to lower melting point, thereby achieving good connection of joints between graphite and Al. Results The research results show that during the brazing process, compounds with relatively uniform distribution of Al2Cu, AgIn2, and TiAl3 are formed in brazed joints. At the same time, a large amount of In precipitates along grain boundaries of base material. Under the parameters of brazing temperature of 620 ℃ and holding time of 30 min, strength of brazed joints reaches a maximum of 14.85 MPa. Conclusion The designed low-temperature brazing filler metal AgCu28In35Ti2 provides a good method for high reliability connection of graphite/Al.
