变压器铁芯铆接-激光焊接自动化设备设计

Design of automatic equipment for riveting and laser welding of transformer core

  • 摘要: 针对变压器铁芯铆接-激光焊接要求,设计了全自动化设备,包括自动上料机构、随行夹具、自动铆接机构、自动激光焊接机构以及自动下料机构等。通过设计多个随行夹具及八工位转盘机构,使得各个工位同时运行,提高生产效率。其中在随行夹具中设计两个仿形块,对两个工件进行精确定位,并且通过弹簧对工件进行夹紧,保证焊接质量。

     

    Abstract: For the riveting and laser welding of transformer core, the automatic equipment was designed, which was consisted of feeding machine, switched fixture, riveting machine, laser welding machine and loading mechanism. By designing many switched fixture and turntable mechanism with eight-station, the production efficiency is improved. The two copying block in the switched fixture were used to position the workpiece and clamped by the spring, which assure the welding quality.
