摘要: 针对7B05铝合金平板对接多道焊,开展基准性研究,其目的是为复杂焊接结构数值模拟提供可靠的数值模拟方法。文中建立7B05铝合金焊接热源模型和材料软化模型,采用三维热弹塑性有限元法模拟焊接过程,数值模拟结果与焊接试验测试结果比较,验证焊接数值模拟方法的可靠性。结果表明,焊接数值模拟的温度场、残余应力和焊接变形与实测值非常吻合,验证了数值模拟模型的准确性。Abstract: A round-robin research on multipass butt welding of 7B05 Al-alloy plate was carried out to provide a reliable numerical simulation method for the complex welded structure. Welding heat source model and softening model were founded. The 3D thermal and mechanical analyses were carried out to simulate welding process. The simulated results were compared with the measured results to validate the reliability of welding numerical simulation method. The results show that the predicted temperature field, residual stresses and welding distortion have a good agreement with the measured results, which indicates the accuracy of the numerical simulation method.
