Status and development of thermal cutting industry

  • 摘要: 从热切割应用较广的四种加工工艺: 氧气切割、等离子弧切割、激光切割、水射流切割论述了国内热切割行业的发展现状,分析了行业发展的主要趋势。针对国内热切割行业发展的现状及趋势,提出了现阶段国内热切割行业存在的问题,提出实现国内热切割行业提质升级,应加大基础学科建设、基础领域研究,强化基础能力,增加核心基础零部件及高技术附加值产品的研发投入,加强产品质量监管,注重原始创新、加大知识产权保护力度。应以“中国制造2025”为抓手推动行业提质升级,坚决淘汰倒退、落后的产品和技术,加快新旧动能转换,促进国内热切割行业向中高端发展。
    Abstract: The thermal cutting industry status in China was introduced and its development tendency was analyzed from four different kinds of cutting process of oxygen cutting, plasma arc cutting, laser cutting and water-jet cutting. The problems at the present stage were summarized and it is suggested that domestic thermal cutting industry quality upgrading can be realized by focusing on the original innovation, intensifying basic subject construction and basic research, enhancing protection of intellectual property rights, increasing R&D investment in core foundation components and strengthening the product quality supervision. By taking “made in China 2025” as the gripper to promote industry upgrade, resolutely eliminating outmoded products and technology, and speeding up the old and new kinetic energy transformation, the high-end development of domestic thermal cutting industry can be promoted.
