铝锂合金焊接技术的研究现状

Research progress in welding technology of Al-Li alloy

  • 摘要: 铝锂合金作为一种低密度、高性能的新型结构材料已被应用于航空航天及轨道交通等领域,铝锂合金的焊接技术更是其在航空航天等工业构件中获得广泛应用的关键。近年来,铝锂合金的焊接技术也在迅速发展。综述了可焊铝锂合金目前的主要焊接方法、焊接研究进展、特点及其适用性等。与传统弧焊方法相比,新型固相连接技术搅拌摩擦焊接头性能更好,有望在铝锂合金焊接上获得广泛应用。

     

    Abstract: As a new type of low density and high properties structural material, Al-Li alloy has been applied in the fields such as aerospace and railway industry. The welding technologies of Al-Li alloy is the key to its use for components in aerospace and other industries. In recent years, the welding technologies of Al-Li alloy had been developed rapidly. The characteristics, key techniques, research situation as well as advantages and applicability of main welding methods of Al-Li alloy were summarized in the present paper. Compared with the conventional fusion welding methods, friction stir welding as a new solid state joining technology could provided more superior joint performance, which shows the potential for wide applications to welding of Al-Li alloy.
