磁力驱动泵隔离套平焊工艺设计及焊接参数分析

Flat welding process design and analysis of the welding parameters of magnetic drive pump isolation sets

  • 摘要: 为降低现有磁力驱动泵隔离套的加工成本并提高生产效率,设计了一套便于加工、节约成本和时间的焊接工艺装备。利用该装备研究了不锈钢钨极氩弧焊焊接时,焊接电流、氩气流量及钨极锥角等工艺参数对焊缝成型的影响,并得出相关焊接数据。研究结果表明,通过调节各工艺参数及利用各参数间的相互配合,焊接电流为110 A,氩气流量为10 L/min,钨极锥角取45°时,焊缝成型效果较为理想。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the processing costs of existing magnetic drive pump isolation set and improve production efficiency, a set of welding equipment was designed, which is easy processed, and can save cost and time. The equipment has been used to study the influence of welding current, argon gas flow and tungsten electrode angle on weld formation and the related welding data were obtained in tungsten argon arc welding process of stainless steel welding. The results show that by adjusting the process parameters and the interaction between different parameters, weld formation is good at the welding current of 110 A, argon gas flow of 10 L/min, and tungsten electrode of 45°.
