BHG-5焊丝熔敷金属力学性能及其微观组织特征

Microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited metal made by BHG-5 filler wire

  • 摘要: BHG-5是目前国内市场普遍应用的屈服强度890 MPa级高强钢气体保护焊焊丝,在80%Ar+20%CO2气体保护焊条件下,该焊丝熔敷金属具有良好的力学性能。对该焊丝熔敷金属的力学性能及其微观组织进行了试验分析,探讨了焊丝熔敷金属组织和力学性能的相关性及其强韧化机制。

     

    Abstract: BHG -5 welding wire is a GMAW filler wire which is widely used in domestic market,and its deposited metal possesses excellent mechanical properties when welding with shielding gas of 80%Ar+20%CO2.The mechanical properties and microstructure of BHG -5’s deposited metal were test and analyzed in this paper,the relativity between microstructure and mechanical properties and toughening mechanism were discussed.
