Abstract: As the supporting structure，the jacket is a part of the fixed platform in offshore oil engineering．It’s a spatial truss structure that made up of intersecting multi-pipe with welding，and the TKY node is the main welding structure，its welding quality directly decides the security and practicability of the platform．In this paper，By taking a platform in the East China Sea as the instance，the TKY node welding of fixed platform with jacket in offshore oil engineering was discussed from the welding process，welder qualification requirement，the preparation of TKY node，the welding quality control and the welding repairing for crack．
