Abstract:
CHM - Al 4047 high-silicon eutectic aluminum alloy welding wire was prepared by“continuous casting and rolling+shaving”.6061 - T6 aluminum alloy plates were used as base metal,and the compactness,mechanical properties and microstructures of the joint were analyzed.The results showed that,the radiographic inspection results can reach gradeⅠ,the tensile strength is 201 MPa,the joint coefficient is 0.69,and bending property is excellent.The microstructure of weld metal is composed of acicular eutectic silicon,fine grained eutectic silicon and α(Al).steady β phase clusters form by aggregation growth of Mg2Si phase in HAZ,which results in softening and fracture in HAZ.
