Abstract:
The automatic feeding mechanism was designed for the terminals of the electromotor shell welding.The mechanism consists of rubbing mechanism,pushing equipment,overturning assembly and the spline shafts.The rubbing mechanism uses vibration feeding channel to transport the terminals,then through the separating plate to complete the sorting.The pushing equipment pushes the terminal to the next mechanism.The overturning assembly and the spline shafts are used to positioning in horizontal position and angle position to meet the requirements of the position of the welding.
