Abstract:
By adjusting the welding parameters, the effects of heat input and interpass temperature on the mechanical properties of weld metal, ferrite content and intergranular corrosion properties of HS308 LH + SJ601 H submerged arc welding wire and flux were studied. The results show that at the heat input from 1. 3 k J/mm to 3. 0 k J/mm and the interpass temperature from 130 ℃ to 250 ℃, the welding parameters and the interpass temperature have few effects on the mechanical properties and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the deposited metal, and the content of ferrite meets requirements. The metal properties of the as-welded joint and that after dimensional stabilization of heat treatment can meet the requirements of the third generation nuclear power plants.
