火电厂异种钢焊接接头早期失效研究现状

Overview of early failure of dissimilar steels joint in power plants

  • 摘要: 概述了铁素体/奥氏体异种钢接头在国内外火电厂的使用历史、早期失效情况统计以及失效形式。通过综述异种钢焊接接头特性、自身缺陷和服役状况等多方面的研究现状,分析了导致接头早期失效的内因和外因,结合国内火电机组调峰的实际情况,对变工况运行引起的交变应力与异种钢接头早期失效的联系进行了阐述。根据异种钢接头早期失效研究中尚存的不确定因素,明确了下一步研究方向。

     

    Abstract: The application history,failure statistics and early failure models of ferritic/austenitic dissimilar steels welded joints in power plants were summarized. From the reviewed research including the characteristics,self-defects and service conditions of the welded joint,both internal and external causes of early failure of the joints were analyzed. In view of adjusting discharge peak of power plants in our country,the influence of alternating stress on the early failure of joints were elaborated. Based on the unclear aspects of the research in this field,the future work was considered.
