脉冲焊接工艺摆动电弧焊缝跟踪技术

Welding seam tracking technology of pulsed welding with oscillating arc

  • 摘要: 介绍一种基于摆动电弧的脉冲焊接工艺的焊缝跟踪方法。介绍了焊缝跟踪的基本原理,分析了脉冲焊接工艺中焊接电流的特点。根据脉冲焊接工艺自身特点,设计了有限长单位冲击响应滤波器,有效滤除了电流受到的干扰,获得电流随焊炬摆动而产生的周期性变化趋势。对比了焊接电流极大值比较法和积分差值法的特点,通过比较坡口两侧的电流数据的积分差值判断焊炬摆动的偏差量和偏差方向。设计一种模糊控制器进行偏差调整,实现焊炬自动调整。结果表明,所用方法可以实现焊炬自动调整。

     

    Abstract: Impulse welding technology is more and more used in mechanical processing. A weld seam tracking method based on the oscillating arc for impulse welding process was introduced. The basic principle of the weld seam tracking is introduced. The characteristics of welding current in impulse welding process are analyzed. According to the characteristics of impulse welding process,a finite impulse response filter was designed,which effectively filters the interference of current,and the periodic variation of the welding current was obtained. The maximum welding current and the integral difference method were compared. By comparing the integral difference between the current data at both sides of the groove,the deviation and deviation direction of the welding torch were judged. A kind of fuzzy controller was designed to adjust the deviation and realize the automatic adjustment of welding torch. The results show that the automatic adjustment of welding torch can be realized with the proposed method.
