大口径管道自保护药芯焊丝自动焊技术

Study on self-shielded flux cored automatic welding of large diameter pipes

  • 摘要: 为提高焊接质量和效率,降低施工成本,开发一种8 m/s风速以下不用防风措施能够进行管道施工的自动焊。设计的自保护药芯焊丝自动焊结合了自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊和实心焊丝气保护自动焊的各自优点,系统主要包括焊接小车、轨道、角摆机构、控制系统等,确定一种新的焊接工艺。焊接试验结果表明,焊缝质量良好, 焊缝力学性能各项指标符合现行管道施工标准。经重复性验证,自保护药芯焊丝全位置自动焊接装置的各项性能指标达到设计要求,设备可满足大口径管道的现场焊接施工要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the welding efficiency at low construction cost,a self-shielded flux cored automatic welding without droughtproofing device at the less than 8 m/s of wind speed was proposed,which combined the advantages of self-shielded flux cored semi-automatic welding and solid gas-shielded automatic welding. The system mainly includes the welding vehicle,welding track,swing mechanism and control system. The experimental results show that the welding quality is good and the mechanical properties of the weld have met the current pipeline construction standard. After repeated testing,the performances of all position automatic welding equipment with self-shielded flux cored welding satisfy the design requirements,and meet the construction standard of welding in site for large diameter pipes.
